Sophomore Josh Brown looks to prove that he’s the biggest “sicko” on the football team.

For the second year, Mayfield football is holding the Green Dawn competition to see who the baddest man on the team is, and to Brown, that man is him. Whether it be ferociously fighting to pull his opponent over the line in the tire tug of war, or gasping for breath after army crawling under a bridge of teammates, Brown will do whatever it takes to make a name for himself.

Brown said, “I want to show my teammates that I can compete.”

Being the new kid on the team, nobody knows who Brown is, and when he was at Green Dawn, he was nothing short of a man on a mission. Nearly undefeated in every event, Brown tossed players around like rag dolls and caught the coaches’ attention quickly. Brown said, “I’ll do anything I can to get on that field Friday night, and right now that’s showing that I’m the best competitor at Green Dawn”
