Marissa Miller is a senior at Mayfield. Although she doesn’t really consider herself a journalist by any means, she would certainly label herselfself as a writer-in-training. Writing is one of her many passions, including art, film, fiction, and music. She also loves collect books and dives into their stories as much as possible. Some of her greatest writing inspirations would have to be George Orwell, along with Lauren Oliver and Bryan Lee O’Malley.
