Are they pants or...

Anna Sintsirmas, Staff Writer

As the art of leggings came back to the surface in the earlier time of 2013, the question on how to wear them whether they were black, patterned or brightly colored seemed to be something not many people could decipher.

A pot of questions began to boil; are they meant to wear out? Can I wear them with heels? Are uggs and patterned leggings –yay or nay?

However, significant improvements in the denim-tech department have now produced comfy-yet-stylish hybrids that you can feel more than okay to wear out of the house. Ahead, chic pairs with the design elements that put your shabby jeggings to shame. This is the stuff of lazy-girl dreams.

The hybrids are improved, but now is the time to learn how to make jeggings POP! As we have reached the current days, dressing them up or down, layering golar… we have seen them in all ways. What has changed though, is the matter on how we approach these pieces of cloth.

Nowadays, due to how fast pace life is getting, we tend to go with the theory that ‘anything goes’ meaning that we’re aren’t just wearing basic black anymore, but we are pairing them with a whole mess of different things. To show you what we mean, here are some examples of pro legging wearers, taking a fashion step forward.

Super-shiny PVC aka metallic or latex leggings can add some bite to any outfit, but due to the stretchy shiny material it is advised to hide what your mama gave you with a longer shirt, cover/blazer, or even a dress. This makes the outfit classy and appropriate for occasions like casual wear — to parties when the right adjustments are made.
