On Wednesday, Feb. 1, it was national signing day across American for thousands of high school seniors.

At Mayfield High School, we had the privilege of having eight student-athletes sign letters of intent to play their respective sports at the next level. They are:

• Vince Donato, Youngstown State University – Baseball
• Courtney Favazzo, Ohio Northern University – Soccer
• Bailey Rotsky, Columbia University – Football
• Julian Hicks, Central Michigan University – Football
• Luke Razzante, Baldwin Wallace University – Baseball
• Izzy Watson, St. Francis University (PA) – Football
