Ed Beck’s love for The Moody Blues has no expiration date.

The social studies teacher has been hooked on The Moody Blues since the late ‘70s and they’re still reeling him in as an adult. The band’s a part of his life, and he can’t go a week without hearing at least one of their songs. “Every week I would play something by them when I’m reading or working on something, cooking dinner,” said Beck.

Beck said he has attended nine of their concerts and has over 50 items of vinyls, books, clothes, and DVDs. He even made a shrine with all the items he’s collected one could say he’s quite the super fan. “They’re one of my favorite bands; they bring me a lot of joy, and the music is very positive,” said Beck.
