Sophomore Genevieve Kootsouradis stays up into the late hours of school nights to make some interesting midnight snacks.

It’s as if he is nocturnal, sleeping during the day then staying up at night, which is the reasoning behind the shenanigans. She said, “Usually I take a nap after school, and then when I wake up I’m really hungry, so I make food at like 11pm.”

Her school’s early start time doesn’t hold her back from this strange hobby as she proceeds to do this during the week. She said, “The latest [I’ve ever stayed up cooking] is probably 1am on a school night.”
