Student Council hosts Breakfast with Santa

Student Council members were pleased with how Breakfast with Santa turned out on Saturday, Dec. 4.
Melissa Fini-Sanson, club co-adviser, introduced a new craft this year as part of the event. She said, “We try to do the same crafts each year and add some things each year.”
Junior Grace Sherlock, a Student Council member, loved seeing the kids most of all. She said, “I was at a cookie decorating table and they all came and we had so much fun with the sprinkles.”
Gabi Fappiano, a sophomore Student Council member, thought the event was awesome. She said, “We had a big turnout of kids that had a lot of fun. It’s nice to see them in the holiday spirit and help them with different crafts and see them happy.”
According to Sherlock, it was great to see the children’s excitement for Christmas. “I really want to do this again in the future, just seeing the kids be happy made me happy and get into the Christmas spirit,” she said.
