Seniors prepare for SAT/ACT Exams
Due to the warm temperatures this week and inconsistent air conditioning in classrooms, principal Jeff Legan allowed staff to wear shorts. For the first time in years, juniors were also not invited to the Honors Assembly in the auditorium to avoid overheating that space.

Hannah Birnbaum is a senior staff member on The Paw Print.

She took News Writing for the first time last year and enjoyed the style of writing because it’s different from anything she’s ever done.

Hannah takes CCP classes through Tri-C to complete college credits, and she’s cheered since freshman year. Outside of school, she enjoys dancing, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family. After high school, she plans on attending pharmacy school, hopefully at Ohio State.

Now that the COVID-19 vaccine is available at no cost for children five years and older, it's time for schools to mandate the vaccine for all students. According to a White House statement, "Fully vaccinated individuals are 10 times less likely to be hospitalized with COVID-19 and have a high degree of protection, including against the Delta variant. The consequences of a pediatric COVID-19 case can be serious and potentially last months."
