Joe DeNardo, Chief Editor
Joe DeNardo is a Senior at Mayfield. Joe discovered his gift and interest for journalism during his Junior year –when Mr. Somich’s Digital Newswriting class and The Paw Print made him realize that his talents in writing and unique social skills could be put to use as a staff writer for Mayfield’s newspaper!
Joe’s favorite class is Mr. Pubentz’s AP Government 6th period–because he enjoys discussing concepts relevant to his interests and learning how to broaden his political awareness.
Joe loves to read (both fiction and non fiction) play pickup football and discuss deep topics like “Chinstrap beards” or “Celebrity look alikes” with his fellow bros. Also he likes listening to both old and new school hip hop ( but mostly just Kendrick Lamar and Chance the Rapper at the moment) along with his oldies (The Beatles, Led Zeppelin etc…)
Joe’s primary goal with The Paw Print is to do his best job to bring Mayfield’s most genuine source of journalism and analysis for all of the things relevant and worth recognizing in and around the Mayfield community.
